You are correct it was announced in the summer the plans to reduce the issued and outstanding by 1 billion they’ve already done approximately 750 million and my calculations were correct so there should be another 350 million reflecting by next week on OTC markets.

Any shares that were in market makers coffers can be canceled and market makers can also take shares from retail sellers and not re-distribute them into the market. It’s not an overnight process usually takes time as in this case.

It does not say it is a reduction in OS. Go back and read it a few times. IT DOES NOT SAY WHERE THE SHARES COME FROM.
