Actually, while it's nice to have answers to those questions, I disagree that it makes the waiting easier, at least as to India and the OEM. Those projects obviously are gummed up to a good degree. It does, however, make the waiting easier for Telnor, taking Dean at face value and accepting the positive tone apparently conveyed in his response to D-bear!
