It was disclosed awhile ago. No secret. And insiders continued to purchase after. So clearly is there is something happening behind the scenes. I project they are about to announce massive news in October/November and use shelf as hopefully the last round of funding to get them to be profitable in q1 as they stated. You are completely binary with your comments and trades which is fine. Some look past the surface.
