So, according to you people can never learn/grow. Interesting. Personally, I'd rather hire a good person that I can trust, and that I feel will be loyal, train them up to fit the needed role, versus hire some know it all that views the job as a paycheck and nothing more. Businesses that function like a family tend to be the most successful. It goes beyond just a job, and becomes a true team where everyone looks out for one another's/the whole's, best interest versus just their own. Carter left because at the time Elite was floundering and he had an opportunity to make more money elsewhere. The CFO of Elite, whomever that may be, has nothing to do with drug approvals, marketing/sales, clinical trials, etc. That is Nasrat and Kirkov's gig. The right seeds are being planted now. Who wouldn't want to hop on board before the big harvest?
