Under Nevada law, I believe the Board can approve a RS without shareholder approval

Questions - Will a stockholder meeting date be announced before Nov 2023? I think the CEO position expires in Nov 2023 plus other Board positions have already expired.

Can the BOD approve a reverse stock split, or must the stockholders approve it?
