I just posted what he has been saying in the press releases. Suddenly you don't believe it? Most of Shawn's press releases a filled with multiple items which are distractions that never happen. He does however leave bread crumbs to pay attention to.

We do not and you do not. That goes for you also.

One of my favorites is the December 2019 press release announcing the glowing earning for a treatment center acquisition complete with a closing date. Now Shawn didn't say that he would be closing their only treatment center one month later, but did hint in the statement 'The Company has not generated the client levels necessary to fill the current location'.

Of course the acquisition never happened and the rest of the press release was total BS. I'm pretty certain that Shawn Leon knew at the time of the December press release that he was closing their only treatment center, aren't you. A nugget truth is there usually but you are forced to piece it together and dispense with the "motivated reasoning".

The acquisition target will have approximately $20 million in revenue for 2019 and an EBITDA of $3.6 Million. Under the terms of the LOI the Company would be required to enter into a binding agreement by February 29, 2020 and be closed by April 30, 2020.

Market conditions in Florida have made it very difficult to operate profitably due to very costly marketing to attract clients and very aggressive behavior from insurance companies towards Florida based providers.
