According to what Lamberth just said, 6 to WIN! I'm pretty sure that's what he said. That would explain the lengthy Jury Selection process.

Since I was the one to enlighten everyone before. I'll do it again. This case is in DC Federal Court. The ruling MUST be unanimous AND there MUST be at least 6 on the jury. Remember last time when some of the jurors (don't recall if it was one, two or three), but it doesn't matter - 6 must remain - and it must be unanimous.
