I'm on the fence about the billard thing and here's why. On one hand, anyone can try to go public by buying a shell, but I question a restaurant and pool hall owner with one business actually trying to sell stock. It's possible but far fetched imo.
On the other hand, xanaxu has no problem finding subsidiaries to start a new fake company and issue more stock to himself and family. It's his modus operandi forever.
