Falon, I KNOW we're intertwined NOW, but after the Sale goes thru of our 2 Subsidiaries, which wil become wholly-owned subsidiaries of SAGA, & will be called SAGA Scientific Holdings Inc, my question is WHAT happens to Enzolytics Inc? WILL we retain our same # of ENZC Shares, PLUS we'll be given Dividends from SAGA? The PR clearly stated that SAGA will be paying us Dividends, based on the date we purchased our Shares back when. I just don't understand how this Sale will correlate to our current Enzolytics' Shares. And what will become of Enzolytics Inc? Will it still be operating & functioning, or will it just go defunct? because if Enzolytics is selling its 2 Subsidiaries, what's left for Enzolytics to own?
