Why did we not hear it was an issue? Like he did with WNFT and no merger candidate, issues, etc?

Maybe we will at some point in the future.

We heard that there was no merger candidate in May, but there were signs that there was no merger candidate last July and August. So it took 9+ months for Sharp to admit to it.

We heard that there were WNFT warrants in July, but Sharp did not announce that they were canceled (e.g., never existed) until March. So it took 8 months for Sharp to admit that they weren't valid.

Maybe Sharp will update us about the FINRA issue in 8 months?
