What happened was that KBLB was in the .003s, and then there were a few pumps on the Internet to try to get the share price up. But it didn't work, and now the price is retracting back down to where it was previously, and then it will continue to slowly drop week after week and month after month.
Anyone that thinks that the share price will increase for a penny stock that has had no commercial production and no revenue for over 14 years, and has stated recently that their worms are dying, and they won't be able to produce until the end of the year at the earliest (if ever), is just plain crazy.
