They really need to try to bring the SEC back to the negotiating table and try to get them to roll back the regulations that killed the OTC. Over regulation is never a good thing. I honestly don't see any other way for the OTC to make a comeback. I know you and I have spoken many times about this. All of the major catalysts are dead. The majority of retail traders were turned off by the new SEC rules a couple years back, and it has been going downhill ever since with no end in sight.
