I just tried it for the first time and asked who are deal was with. This is the response I got which is interesting because that is where Michael is now, in Ghent, Belgium, of which IMEC has operations there as well.

Lightwave Logic announced their first commercial agreement on May 25, 2023, with a company called IMEC. IMEC is a world-leading research and innovation center in nanoelectronics and digital technologies. The agreement will allow IMEC to use Lightwave Logic's Perkinamine® chromophore materials to develop new photonic devices and photonic integrated circuits (PICs).

The agreement is a significant milestone for Lightwave Logic as it marks the first time that the company's technology has been licensed for commercial use. The agreement also validates Lightwave Logic's technology and its potential to revolutionize the way data is transmitted.

The agreement with IMEC is a major step forward for Lightwave Logic and its commercialization efforts. The company is now well-positioned to bring its technology to market and to help solve the growing demand for faster and more efficient data transmission.

Bard AI picks up false rumors, innuendos and false information and even idle speculation posted not only in the question itself but on websites and forums such as these and regurgitates it as though it is factual.

Google would not risk all the lawsuits that would come from utilizing non public information.
