$NLST Samsung now must consider chances versus risk. A < 10 % that an appeal is successful versus a 65 % (according to a reference found by NettyLite below) that judge Gilstrap will order injunctions. I think settlement talks will start very soon. Samsung may even want to do this bench trial and decide after that. They could settle even after the bench trial. Obviously if injunctions decided, who will set the terms of a settlement? Netlist will ask to drop the 912 IPR….(among other things)
