Hell, Eddie doesn't even have the cash to pay for attorney letters to get PBHG, PRPM and TSRR in order to uplist them to OTC PINK CURRENT.

PRPM, SUTI, BDGR and TSRR all carry "shell risk" warnings.

NASDAQ isn't gonna result in the creation of viable, revenue generating businesses for drunk Eddie.

In order for AURI to meet the $5 per share minimum he'd have to pull a massive 1-for-20,000 reverse spit and then insure no one could carpet it back down to oblivion.
