COWI is a POS. Did anyone actually read the 10-K? The financials keep getting worse and worse and worse.

Their insolvency hole keeps getting deeper and deeper. They can't even afford a cup of coffee, much less any of the grandiose business goals they pretend to be doing.

This is such an obvious pump and dump it astounds me that anyone can actually pretend it isn't, much less actually believe it isn't.
