I think acquiring the land would require an 8k since it’s a material event? Not sure if it can just show up in the annual (ending Dec 31).

The quarterly coming in May may have some more tidbits though.

This coming financial will not be any better. If anything good was in the report best believe it will not be late, let alone this late. All the gains some here are hoping to see from those signed contracts will be used to balance out money they funneled and swindled out of the business aka a total wash play. No real financial improvement will be notice. What Im sure we will all see is "another company looking good on paper yet in desperate need for cash"
