Real World evidence is the Japanese. And it is NOT their genetics, it is consumption of oily fish. When they come to the US, their CVD rates then parallel ours.

gg. Theres a 4 th equally important reason . If U are eating an oily fish for dinner you are unlikely to also be eating steak or pork chops .
I agree that EPA from fish lowers CV event risk .
Question is by how much
