MACD is a popular technical indicator used by traders across many different markets, however its usefulness has been questioned.
One of the main problems with divergence is that it can often signal a possible reversal but then no actual reversal actually happens—it can produce a false positive.
The other problem is that divergence doesn't forecast all reversals. In other words, it can predict too many reversals that don't occur and not enough real price reversals.

If Bezos was smart he would make an offer to buy AMC + APE shares at $10s PPS ASAP while the iron is hot and AA is sick and tired of the shareholders attacking him with law suits and bashing him every day. Let him retire in peace. It would make the AMC stock go up 200% and the APE stock price go up 700%. It will be a Win, Win, Win situation for everyone who hold AMC and/or APE stock with APE shareholders making the bulk of the profits in this deal. Thats why I have been saying convert your AMC to APE shares before Bezos makes his move.
Its coming baby. Its coming. Wait and see. IMHO.
AA and management want a way out of this shareholders bind with all these AMC MONKEYS ON THEIR BACK now.

AMAZON buying AMC Co will make eveyone's life happy. Giving all of us except the shorts big profits and a possible squeeze if the cards are played right, and an exit strategy for those who want it.
