Backstabbing PR?
Perhaps his typewriter became unplugged and he couldn't finish everything that's going to be entailed with the preferred's conversion?
Am I the only one? Or does anybody else wonder why the letters are being sent out? Damn, that costs alot of money for printing, collating, stuffing, postage, shareholder delivery, etc.
Why spend so much money when a simple, cheap newswire PR would suffice just fine?
You'd think he was sending out some kinda request for return correspondance or something.
Sandy! Are you being fiscally irresponsible with the shareholders money? Why are you spending thousands of dollars on a mailing when a PR can be had for a mere pittance?
You guys are right. This guy is milking us for all it's worth. Just look at the the financial report with all the expenses, corporate car, $150,000 a year salary for administrating this company, salaries for his assistants and cohorts, and his excessive bonuses. All totally legal within the law, but still, where does he come off?
Oh wait! I'm sorry, I was reading the wrong financial report. Never mind :)
