The forgiveness i guess surely would come straight off the loans so there would be no question of the money not being used for what it is meant for.

How would you fix the system?? Cut the costs? Lower interest rates? Make all loans federal government loans? You luxuriate in fix things critique about all things. Can't recall much from you in the form of viable solutions.
