If you look at the 8k, SIRC’s first payment was to pay back a LOAN that PLEMCO made to SIRC! I am sure PLEmCO wanted to at least get THEIR money back first. The mere fact that bankruptcy is so prevalent in this discussion should be seen as a foreshadowing of things to come.

Dave can file Chapter 7 and then start another scam company in a few months. He has milked this one to death. Those 3 execs who walked should be called as witnesses in a class action suit. Bet they would have a lot to say!
