Happy St. Patty’s Day!

I was sharing on Investor’s Hub the requirements regarding the acquisition and continued operations of Lena Brewery.

Someone suggested such posts had done damage to you, Lena, as well as APRU shareholders, which was quite the claim.

Of course I would never seek to do such, so would APRU need to register with Illinois SOS as a foreign corporation in order to transact business there?

Would APRU need to submit for changes to the current alcohol licenses Lena Beverage Company currently has or seek their own for the premises in order to provide for a smooth change of ownership without stopping operations?

I want to ensure all my comments are factual and in no way misleads anyone. So if I need to correct, please advise.

Also, are you aware of any damages done by such posts?
