gensler is a clown and i can’t believe people fall for his rambling. he says the same things over and over and people say thank you. dave lauer is the biggest wimp.
to paraphrase all of genslers answers. “we break down each aspects of trades so we can have a market that has best execution and competition. we have proposed rules and they are on our website and we need your feedback.”
has he even enacted any rules??? as much i a remember he puts them off until “next year”.
