RS doesn’t benefit shareholders ever. When the company takes 90% of your shares it’s never a good thing. If your average is $30 then after split your average goes to $300. Yes the price will reset to $70 but in my opinion AMC will never get nowhere near $300.
Adam will dilute while shorts kill it down back to single digits but this time you will only have 10% of your shares. That’s game over for all who stays in this play.
Retail popcorn, credit card and new movies. There should be no rush to do a conversion and RS. What’s the rush now? Your movie numbers are getting better and amc now has other revenue streams.
