What the gov't could do and what the gov't does do and who is paying who to influence what is hard to predict and can change on a dime, and as you noted it all seems open to highest bidder. Unless of course you believe you have unique insights which would tip things in the favor of your argument? From the 20,000 ft view you appear to have a weak hand Dew, but I would never say that weak hands never win. Regards, Joe
