to me, a seriously grave warning sign (apart from PT's serial dishonesty) was the hiring of Baclet. OY. It's there all over the internet that Baclet was banned for life from any association with the NASD for precisely what PT himself has been guilty of: continuous false claims and statements mean to pump the short-term pps of Baclet's clients. Yet, going back over the historical archive of posts, the true believers just brushed this fact about Baclet to the side, with some commenting on how pleasant and "Christian" he was on the phone. One wrote I have a good feeling about this fellow. Thanks Paul! I mean SHEESH.
But the key statement was from the securities attorney I quoted:
