It doesn't say common stock either. The price will be based on incm common stock. It just says the issuance of icnm stock. It doesn't specify what type of stock. That they are going to issue them.

It means the same thing if it only said "based on the closing price of ICNM" instead of "based on the closing price of ICNM common stock"......it means the same thing.
