Could you have Thomas reach out to fda and try to get a meeting settup regarding general ARDS answer to your submitted IND changes request Tim?
It’s been like 5 months now or something I believe, hasn’t it been long enough, it feels like they are just shoving you off at this point and putting this off as long as possible and stretching this out, at this rate it’s feeling like you won’t ever get an answer and this is an important thing so you getting an answer is super important, even if you gotta push for a answer a little.
What’s your thoughts because I’m definitely itching for you getting an answer soon after Christmas.

Cody it is much more complicated than that. We are asking FDA to allow us to include all etiologies (causes) of ARDS. There is a lot to consider but in the end they will approve the amendment or i'll file a brand new IND for all ARDS. Either way thats where we are going. I get your frustration; imagine mine LOL.

I can imagine your’s, I’m definitely frustrated a little with fda at this point and I’m sure many others are too, I feel you and we feel your frustrations too.???????? I guess we can share it together.

Nothing would make us happier than to tell you we were approved - this work requires great patience on management and shareholders alike - we are very anxious but we have to maintain our composure - FDA is not our enemy - we consider them partners and so we will remain patient with them.

We both know that the golden crew of stocktwits and ihub have a pump planned on that announcement - Lets say the day we make that announcement the stock runs; am I a prophet? What if it doesn't; am I a false prophet?
