Thanks for the info Mordicai. It's nice to have some more info on what's going on with the lawsuit, even if it's not much. Will anything else occur next Monday beyond hearing the motions for dismissal and change of venue?
Mordicai, I ran a search for Paul Erikson, and his practice is in Asheville, so my question to you is wouldn't the venue be proper for our attorney, since his practice is in Asheville, and Asheville is the county seat for Buncombe County? I read the text you posted...but I am still confused as to why or what the reason would be for changing venues. If it is not dismissed, and it is tried in NC...why the possible request to have it tried in another NC location?
