A Nissan Versa and a Rolls-Royce Sweptail are both cars. They are not comparable.

The same is true of any other category. There are cheap consumer brands and luxury brands. SHMP is aiming towards the luxury brand (sushi grade).

And Wagyu Beef is just cow, but people pay a premium because of how it's raised and its quality as compared to other cow. Mocking the concept doesn't make it any less viable.
