Wolf, the Executives do have goals they must hit for their bonuses.

And the BoD one and only goal should be to increase SP.

Part of the inherent corruption with Amarin management is that rather than aligning themselves with the shareholders by tying compensation/bonuses to the stock price, they set artificially low "goals" and then plunder away after meeting those easily surmountable hurdles.

I remember reading awhile back about Kennedy being awarded his shares because the company hit $500 million in sales, or something similar, at a time when the stock price was crushed due to the Du ruling.

So he and his ilk get awarded for their artificial triumphs while the Company's long term faithful shareholders were destroyed in a Nevada courtroom through management's fraud, negligent misrepresentation, gross negligence, and breaches of fiduciary duty in conjunction with the lawyers' malpractice (and the mistakes/fraud chronicled in the Rule 60 case). It is beyond nauseating. Reckoning and accountability is forthcoming.
