In addition, please NOTE that Hon Hai Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. is Foxconn & the aforementioned link has them filing a 13D on 11.17.22 claiming ownership of 21,865,437 shares.
I did not find anything about Foxconn buying shares on the open market beginning on 11.22.2022 for $1.76 per share so if you have a link I'd appreciate it. As you may have concluded I JUST STARTED my DD here a few hours ago. TIA
