How about the lawsuit brought by HHSE's former landlord for failure to pay rent for two years?
Is that in the category of "routine litigation"
.... and, by the way, that one was NOT decided in HHSE's favor.
The landlord won, and was awarded the entire amount of back rent, plus damages.
Or the lawsuit brought by HHSE's photographer in Maryland, and then later by the law firm that HHSE hired to deal with the photographer's lawsuit?
Both of those cases completely unrelated to releasing movies. Just poor ethics and bad buisiness practices, And HHSE lost them both.
