Here’s what I heard in the CC

Revenues are flat

Spending more because of interest payments

Cash on hand it’s higher ( because of the loan which interest will quickly eat up)

Delays again. I told you five but only giving you two. So sorry but safe harbor and all so not worried

I don’t know anything about Israel. Don’t bother me with questions about Israel

I have nothing more to say so I’ll see you in Feb when I will rinse and repeat.

All just my opinion on what I heard. Here’s a fact thought - stock went down after the call and I’m dissatisfied as a shareholder

And thats why he wants to go it alone, he wanted to wait a couple more years but Lannett pushed him into the deep end of the pool. If he gets generic Oxi And Concerta on the hook, this could happen fast.
