Lex... I was not expecting the check, because they issued me two checks over the last 10 years , or so....I guess the SEC hammered them for another reason, because the settlement check was 75 million dollars , only...that was the fine the SEC charged Citigroup with...however, what is interesting is that they still had all the information on file after 14 years...it just takes time for settlements to work their way through the court systems..
