You ask a great question.

Ironically the share price was higher with less revenue stream. Why?

Note the time frame and how it was tied to the OTC when nearly ever stock in the OTC market was at crazy highs and people were paying stupid prices with their free government covid checks, at a time when they were sitting at home without a normal work schedule and had no idea what investing was about.
