For a company, failure to a disclose a material event is clearly lying with very serious consequences for the investors who believe the lie.

How many have sold because they haven't said they have anything? Every one who sold could sue if they have been sitting on massive oil these past 2 years, and chose not to disclose it.

These people who run Zion Oil, they have exactly what they have disclosed.....NOTHING..

There is lying by commission (MJ-1 and previous wells). But that ultimately drew unwanted attention from regulators and shareholder activists.

So has ZNOG adopted a new strategy? One of lying by ommision (MJ-2)??
