Hey you are welcome! Just here as it pertains to Bioamber and LCY and what was described as:

one "go forward" bidder who put in all kinds of complicated schemes

and then revealed:

I was given some details about the other bid (LCY), including the fact that it was a share purchase and that it did indeed include future royalties

I guess that sort of explains all the talk of worthless shares and THE LAW
