As I have explained many times Sarge (many, many times), this kind of manipulation is only possible when there is virtually NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in a ticker.
If Chan could convince even a tiny sliver of the market that IGEN has any potential at all, we would not be trading at these absurdly low prices for months on end.
If he would communicate with shareholders and be transparent, and with a reasonable cadence, more potential investors would enter and take positions.
When a ticker is trading at .0029 and few want to risk their capital on it, you know there is something VERY WRONG.
