I don't believe there will ever be a stand alone. That's not possible given the degeneration associated with aging. The approach to provide relief and sustained efficacywill most likely be in a variety of protocols or pharmaceutical cocktail. Relieving or halting progression to latent levels is the best AD will attain. Just my opinion..
