Good point about further selling prior to the split, however, the filing late yesterday seemed to imply specifics of what the o/s now is now and what the shareholders could expect at split time I believe around mid-March. It doesn't seem appropriate for the company to be selling shares prior to the split date, however, anything can happen. There is obviously a credibility issue here that needs rebuilt from past unsuccessful splits. Maybe 3 times is the charm? lol.
The acquisition if finalized based on the December PR will certainly be a great driver going forward with a higher PPS IMO. I find it interesting that the filing discussed the prospects of funds and institutions getting involved. That would create more of a float disappearing from the post split 1.8 mil o/s. If I wanted 500K shares after the split, how do I get them and at what price?
Keeping fingers and toes crossed on this one currently at rock bottom pricing with about a $350K market cap. Lots of room to go IMO.
