Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe it was actually a 35 to 1 RS. Also, Quikshft has a good point in his earlier post about the Armistice DAF funding of 6 million through Wainwright. They could easily raise additional funding to aid in a merger or acquisition to get the CHS silicon precursor into the EV battery marketplace. That is of course after external validation of the 10 x power density, 15 minute charge times, and greater cycles with a battery that’s half the size of those currently in use
