With $PRMO- just needs to break .0005pps

This chart is building a stepladder off the bottom and needs 1-2 large volume trends days to establish a mega breakout. We have seen a few 250-300mil vol days that have moved this up a tick on the baseline.

If this moves to .0004x.0005 pps- and builds strength - then look out above. Perfect storm could also come here - with a favorable material event and we could easily see HOY here.
