Yeah I hated getting classified a daytrader by Etrade earlier this month. I made one extra round trip before I got on the cruise and it put me over the limit. I always enjoyed having my powder clear when I sold. Now I have to wait until the next day. At least until April 11th which will be 90 days without a day trade. I guess the thought is to keep you from losing your profits back to the stock once you cash out of it for the day.
