ziploc, To swing the pendulum his way Denner needs a few of his people on the board. I believe we'll see a notice shortly to call a special meeting. Maybe this could be the reason for the slight uptick in the share price.

PWO's position as CEO is, in large part, due to Ekman...It would be difficult for PWO to agree to the dismissal of Ekman from the BOD

What about are you talking? The CEO is Karim Mikhail. PWO is / was one of the members of the Board only ... appointed on January 10, 2022 ... became the Chairman in May 2022. Furthermore, why do you think he became a member due to Ekman ... unless I missed something they were not on the same board of any co. ever.
