Nasrat mentioned in the past Elite does not have liquid type of capability - they must have purchased new equipment to package the powder into packets

I really don't think it makes that much difference, as long as its noted they make the product. Look at ER, it doesn't say capsules,

Also, you just know they got inspected first, before approval, and that 1000 kilo fluid bed dryer can easily be tweaked to pump out 500 mgs,powder, at a time, they must of had to re tool, no sweat. Possibly a second shift. Is in order.
