Thanks. It does give us a rough time frame. Twice the time for ROP would take us to end of July.

I remember we were told that judges have days set aside for hearings and days set aside for discussion and writing opinions.

I pulled up another case from the 6 circuit which gave its opinion today, oral arguments were from 5/16. It was a 10 page opinion.
