Correct, no need to pursue every little slight with a lawsuit, but this is a company that’s been under on going attack for years - having just experienced a recent attack that some shareholders may never fully recover. And if not addressed, we can expect even more damage to come.

I’m selling a decent amount of shares inter-day on good news, because this company appears helplessly under the control of AF and his handlers. Sad but true.
