WAY....WAY....WAY OVERDUE FOR VENUE CHANGE

Looks like the SEC, FINRA and OTC Markets are not accepting these financial reports at face value, after being notified of all the false promo's of fake subsidiaries.
Kisa thought he could bullshit his way into painting a picture of a huge conglomerate of businesses like the Air Fleet, Fishing Fleet and GIFA Land. And actually thought he could get away with a crypto scam as well.
Then came along an effort by the SEC and OTC Markets to curtail all the BS tossed out by a bunch of OTC scam artists.
Not looking good here. I would suspect the next news release will be about "REVOCATION" of trading GIFX. It is already half way there. LOL!! Can't buy here in the States and brokers will only allow you to dump it, if you can find a buyer up north.
Been over a week since the last financial report. Most venue upgrades happen about 3 days after becoming current.

Yep - looks like this tash-n-scam was shot down over enemy territory and ain't EVER gonna make it to the USA !!

Regulators were on to this BIG CON clear back to the Billy William Mathias Aul days if you ask me - he quit due to "VERY uncomfortable questions" he had to field from SEC investigators is what me thinks and knows :)

Billy cut n ran - and hot-shot Anthony Law has fired-off TWO worthless "attorney letters" devoid of 90% of the actual pertinent "facts" as to the real con going on here = they ain't getting this deal done if you ask me !!

Kisa HAS NOT and CAN NOT "explain away" that any court on planet earth has "Definitively and 100% cleared me of charges" (usury, bank fraud, credit card fraud, etc) and those charges are equivalent to FELONY "FINANCIAL CRIMES" based on USA LAW - and Anthony the hot-shot ain't got any explanation either !!

UNTIL THEN - per the OTC's own definition of "CAVEAT EMPTOR" aka "company or company principals involving any open legal or criminal investigations" blah blah this ticker CAN NOT drop the PIRATE SYMBOL !!

GIFA-CON is perpetually SKULL & BONES and rightly so IMO !
